Get Your Heating & Cooling System Certified
When your system is properly maintained, adjusted and tested on a regular basis by a Certified ComfortMaxx Contractor™, you can continue to enjoy the peak energy savings and comfort your system is capable of providing. There are also a couple of simple things you can do to help insure year-round peak performance: 2. If you have a replaceable indoor filter, be sure to replace it at the recommended intervals. A dirty filter can increase utility costs by as much as 20%. 3. If you notice any deterioration in system performance, higher utility bills or reduced comfort, be sure to contact your ComfortMaxx™ contractor. A number of factors could cause these symptoms including component failure and damaged ducts. Duct damage can occur during the course of cable TV repairs, pest control, alarm installation, insulation upgrades and so forth. To ensure peak performance, optimal savings and comfort, you may want to explore a service agreement with your Certified ComfortMaxx Contractor™. These agreements generally include two annual visits along with other benefits such as priority service, discounts on repairs and accessories and more. Check with your installing contractor for more details.
